The Dallenbach ranch | iris + mike

the couple:

Despite the rain and clouds, Iris and Mike had the perfect Dallenbach Ranch wedding.
These two have been together since 2009, as they met in middle school. Their relationship has grown through every phase of life, and they are truly made for each other! When Mike proposed in San Luis Valley, Iris was surprised! Her parents we included in the plan, and halfway through their adventurous hike, her mom took a picture of them while Mike got down on one knee. Together they are the most down-to-earth people and love the outdoors!

the wedding day:

They chose Dallenbach Ranch as their Colorado wedding venue because they loved the scenery. Mike and Iris value family and friends above all else, so they chose not to have a wedding party. They wanted all of their friends to be fully immersed in the wedding celebrations and not have to worry about the responsibility that comes with being in the wedding party. This was a very thoughtful and memorable gesture. Mike and Iris were super excited to get married in front of their friends and family! Each of their parents walked them down the aisle during the ceremony, and Mike’s aunt married them. The whole day had a very welcoming and cozy atmosphere. 

With his suit on, Mike spent time fly fishing before he and Iris shared a first look. This moment was so real and captured him completely! When he turned around to see Iris for the first time that day, his reaction was so sweet! They shared a quick dance after taking this moment in.

Mike wore a green suit from Indochino with a bolo tie, and I was obsessed with his look! It was the perfect vibe for him! Iris wore a dress from BHLDN that had 3D lace florals, pairing a gorgeous Badgley Mischka shoe with it. Both of them looked amazing and fit their wedding aesthetic perfectly. 

Iris’ bouquet was dreamy! A florist friend of hers made her bouquet, which surprisingly included two iris flowers.

They ended their day enjoying a lovely reception with their guests.
