Kristin + Jordan| Whimsical Brunch Wedding at The Westin Downtown Dallas

Brunch weddings have definitely become a special place in my heart! I had so much fun being a part of Kristin + Jordan’s wedding that was held at The Westin Dallas Downtown. 

I had left early morning because if you know how bad traffic can get when you’re driving to and from downtown Dallas, it is terrible! Thankfully, the traffic wasn’t as bad and I was able to enjoy the sun rising on my way to the wedding. It was going to be a beautiful day and surely enough, it was!

Upon arriving, I was told that Kristin’s bridal suite had been upgraded to the presidential suite. I was so excited to see how the suite was going to look like. Y’all, it was ridiculously grand! I felt like a millionaire for a hot second when I stepped through the door.  

And there she was, Kristin in her beautiful floral robe, along with her bridesmaids in their matching floral robes just chatting among themselves. The atmosphere was laid back and I was so happy to see how relaxed and happy Kristin was feeling. The big day has finally arrived.

Normally some grooms are super anxious about the wedding day and the anticipation of seeing their bride, but Jordan in particular was as calm as the sea could ever be. He even went for a swim in the morning! Since Kristin + Jordan opted out a first look, he was calm but also excited about seeing Kristin walking down the aisle.  

My favorite part of the day was Kristin’s first look with her father. It was such a bittersweet moment because Kristin was her father’s only daugther and in just a few short minutes, he was going to be giving her away. You can bet there were some tears! 

I always love the reception part because things start to wind down and the happily married couple get to enjoy themselves, and they sure did! It was such a joyous afternoon full of dancing and lots of pictures taken with guests! Everyone who have traveled near and far were so sweet. The love that these two have received, I couldn’t have been more happy to be a part of it.
