I met with Lipi and Hardeep on a beautiful fall morning for their White Rock Lake engagement photos. 

These two met online through a dating app. Because Hardeep had let Lipi know that he was planning on proposing, his parents went to her family’s house, as he wanted a traditional Indian proposal with both of their parents together in a private style. 

To cast off a similar vibe to their dream wedding, they wanted an engagement session that casts off a spring-inspired vibe. I knew the two perfect locations for the Dallas engagement photos; White Rock Lake and Dallas Arboretum. These two areas are always beautiful, regardless of the time of year. 

White Rock Lake was our first stop, and the way the light reflected off the lakefront was gorgeous. Hardeep wore a red floral tie coordinating with Lipi’s bright red dress. Once we spent some time there, we headed to the Dallas Arboretum. We were able to find some fascinating spots within the gardens. They both changed into more formal outfits but wore sneakers instead of formal shoes. It was such a cute touch, and I love that they chose comfortable yet stylish shoes.
