The Couple

I am so honored to have been a part of Kit + Andrew’s wedding day in Keystone, Colorado at Ski Tip Lodge.

These two were one of the mellowest couple with the greatest personalities I have had the pleasure of knowing. They met while at work, and currently reside in Boston with their two fur babies. As a result, they planned their destination wedding in Colorado from Massachusetts! 

The Wedding Day

Colorado has some of the prettiest wedding venues, which is why I love being a Colorado wedding photographer. One of the most significant benefits of having your wedding at Ski Tip Lodge is that they provide accommodations, allowing Kit and Andrew, their wedding party, and their family to stay onsite. Rocks throughout the venue had cute doodles painted on them, which was so cute and fun to find.

I was absolutely captivated by Kit’s wedding dress – it was absolutely stunning! Her dress from True Society by Belle Vogue Bridal had lace, a square neckline, and a few 3D florals. The bridesmaids wore a combination of styles in dove grey from Amsale.
Andrew and his groomsmen wore navy blue suits from Men’s Warehouse. I loved the floral detailed inside of Andrew’s suit jacket.

Under twinkling lights, and a sky full of stars, they shared their first dance with all of their family and friends surrounding them. Kit’s father has a wonderful, funny personality, and during his dance with Kit, he gave her a twirl that got everyone’s attention. Andrew and his mother danced together, and at one point, she started jumping because it was one of her favorite songs. Seeing all of these formal dances was heartwarming because I could feel how heartfelt they all were. 

I loved seeing the interactions Kit + Andrew had with their family and friends throughout the day, as well as the love they have for one another. This weekend was one that they will all remember.
