Fort Worth Botanic Garden Ceremony | Darieth + Stanley

I was fortunate to have shot Stanley + Darieth’s wedding when their photographer fell through. It was a bit of a scary situation because being the perfectionist person that I am, I did not know what to expect nor did I know anything about these two. But I am so glad that I did not turn this away because Stanley + Darieth are two of the most sweetest and collective people I’ve met.

Stanley + Darieth tied knot at The Shelter House at Fort Worth Botanical Gardens and it could not have been more perfect. The Shelter House which overlooked The Rose Garden, was a beautiful sight and made for a gorgeous backdrop!

Even though they hired me for a short amount of time only, I felt like I’ve been friends with Stanley + Darieth for a long while. Their family and friends were all so welcoming, it was a great feeling of one big family, coming together to celebrate these two wonderful people.

All the guys looked so great and were so chill. Best groom and groomsmen ever!

To end the ceremony, they jumped over the broom which signifies their entrance into a new life together and sweeping away the evil spirits. I’ve never witnessed one before and so it was such an amazing experience to witness and document this part of the ceremony.

Your love for one another will continue to grow for more decades to come. In the small amount of time we’ve spent together, I’m so happy to have document your best day ever. I wish you both lots of happiness and love! <3
